Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the invite-only Smart Minds 360 platform used in client programmes and workshops. They do not replace the commercial agreement between Smart Minds and the client organisation.

Invite-only accessThe platform is used for client programmes and workshops with no public registration.

1. Access model

Smart Minds 360 is an invite-only business platform. Access is granted by an authorised client administrator or programme owner. There is no public self-registration.

2. Service role

Smart Minds Ltd. provides the platform and related support. The client organisation controls the programme and the programme data processed within it.

3. Authorised use

You may use the platform only for the role and programme activities for which access was granted.

  • Keep your sign-in details confidential.
  • Use the platform only for legitimate programme purposes.
  • Notify support if you suspect unauthorised access or a security issue.

4. Prohibited behaviour

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, misuse confidential outputs or try to identify individual raters where anonymity controls apply.

5. Confidentiality of programme content

Reports, comments, workflow states and related programme materials should be treated as confidential and used only within the authorised workshop or programme context.

6. Availability and maintenance

Smart Minds may update the platform, apply maintenance or respond to incidents in order to preserve security, reliability and functionality. Temporary interruptions may occur for those reasons.

7. Data protection linkage

Use of the platform is also governed by this platform's Privacy Notice and Cookies Notice. The client organisation is the controller of programme data, while Smart Minds acts as processor for the platform service.

8. Suspension or removal of access

Access may be suspended or removed for security reasons, misuse prevention, programme closure, or when the client organisation instructs Smart Minds to remove access.
