1. Current platform approach

The Smart Minds 360 platform currently relies on essential authentication and session technologies together with limited browser storage needed for platform operation.

At present, the platform is not designed to use advertising cookies, social media tracking cookies or marketing analytics cookies for programme users.

2. Essential cookies

Essential cookies are required for secure login, session continuity, route protection and safe use of the platform. Without them, the platform cannot function correctly.

3. Local browser storage

The platform uses limited local storage for operational purposes such as caching workspace branding state and preserving campaign draft progress during setup flows. Examples may include saved workspace-display preferences and in-progress campaign setup state stored only for continuity of the current user experience.

These items are used for platform functionality, not for behavioural advertising or audience tracking.

4. Why these technologies are used

They are used only to keep users signed in securely, preserve essential preferences, support draft continuity and render workspace-specific UI settings where needed.

5. Browser controls

You may manage cookies and storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies or clearing active storage may prevent proper sign-in or break parts of the platform.

6. Future changes

If non-essential tracking, analytics or advertising technologies are introduced later, this notice should be updated before they go live and any required consent mechanism, prior blocking logic and cookie categorisation should be assessed and implemented first.
